Delivery
When We Deliver: We deliver flowers Tuesday through Saturday, 12pm to 5pm, and Sunday, 12pm to 4pm. If you need a same day delivery we do make exceptions when we are able, but we ask that you call us at 267-519-0129 for a last minute request.
Recipient Information Required: We require verbal confirmation from the recipient to ensure someone will be available to receive the order at the time of delivery. Therefore, when placing a delivery order, we ask that you provide your recipient’s phone number.
In The Event Your Recipient is Not at Home: If no one answers the door or we are unable to locate the address, we will attempt to contact the recipient by phone. If delivery cannot be completed, the floral arrangement will be returned to our shop. We will then reach out by phone to confirm a time when the recipient will be available before attempting redelivery. If the party ordering the arrangement gives permission to leave the arrangement at the door, Walter Pine is not responsible for loss or damage. In some instances, we may be able to leave the bouquet with a neighbor, though this is not always possible.
In The Event The Recipient is Unable to be Contacted: Walter Pine will attempt to contact the recipient twice via phone and leave a voicemail. After two attempts to contact the recipient, we will contact the sender. Walter Pine will hold the arrangement for 72 hours after the initial delivery date, after which time it will be considered forfeit and not eligible for a refund.
Pickup
If you live nearby you can also order flowers online and pick-up your order at our shop. Tuesday through Sunday, 11:00am to 5:00pm. Due to the perishable nature of our product, if your order is not picked up within 24 hours of your pick up time, it will be considered forfeit and not eligible for a refund.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Flowers: If you would like a refund on flowers for any reason, we will promptly issue a refund if the flowers are in the same condition when the order was fulfilled, and returned to the the shop within 24 hours. Please voice any concerns at the time of pickup.
Plants: Plants can be exchanged or returned for store credit ONLY with receipt at the time of return within one week of purchase. Plants must be in the same condition as at the time of sale.
Merchandise: Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. All products must be in an unused condition. Original tags and packaging must be attached and receipt must be presented at time of return. All apothecary, consumables, vintage, and discounted items are final sale. No refunds accepted.
Subscription Orders: Due to the perishable nature of our product, any subscription order not picked up by the customer or recipient within 24 hours of the subscription fulfillment time, is considered forfeit and not eligible for refund.
