Delivery

Where We Deliver: We offer local flower delivery to select zip codes in Philadelphia, PA. At this time we do not ship items outside of Philadelphia, but may in the future.

When We Deliver: We deliver flowers Tuesday through Saturday, 12pm to 5pm. If you need a same day delivery we do make exceptions when we are able, but we ask that you call us at 267-519-0129 for a last minute request.  

Recipient Information Required: We may need to contact the recipient before the delivery, therefore when placing a delivery order, we ask that you provide your recipient’s phone number.

In The Event Your Recipient is Not at Home: If we do not get an answer at the recipient's door or are unable to find the address, we will attempt to contact them by phone. If we are unable to complete the delivery, we will return the floral design to our shop, and try by phone to obtain a verbal confirmation that they will be home before we resend the flowers. In some cases we may be able to leave the bouquet with a neighbor, but not all.

Pickup

If you live nearby you can also order flowers online and pick-up your order at our shop. Tuesday through Sunday, 11:00am to 5:00pm. Due to the perishable nature of our product, if your order is not picked up within 24 hours of your pick up time, it will be considered forfeit and not eligible for a refund. 

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Flowers: Promptly contact the shop within 48 hours if concerned with the floral quality. 

Plants: If you are concerned with your plant quality please promptly contact the shop within 7 days of purchase. Plants can be exchanged or returned for store credit ONLY with receipt at the time of return. 

Merchandise: Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. All products must be in an unused condition. Original tags and packaging must be attached and receipt must be presented at time of return. All apothecary, consumables, vintage, and discounted items are final sale. No refunds accepted.

Subscriptions: Due to the perishable nature of our product, any subscription order not picked up by the customer or recipient within 24 hours of the subscription fulfillment time, is considered forfeit and not eligible for refund.
