The Design Room Coordinator will oversee daily order flow, coordinate deliveries, support flower processing, and assist with customer interactions. This position requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a warm, customer-focused attitude.
Retail or customer service experience is a plus, and a love for flowers and plants is essential! If you're a self-starter with strong communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, design-focused space, we'd love to hear from you.

Walter Pine is seeking a Lead Florist to oversee daily floral operations, manage ordering, and help guide our design team. This role is ideal for an experienced florist with 3+ years of experience, a strong eye for design, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced retail floral environment.
The Lead Florist will play a key role in floral production, team management, and daily design execution, working closely with the Design Room Coordinator and Design Room Manager.
